Турнира BRICS
Общие положения
1.1. Настоящее Положение определяет порядок организации и проведения турнира «Татарстан строит города BRICS» на кубок «Таткрафт» (Далее – Турнир)
1.2. Организаторами Турнира выступают: редакция интернет-портала «Миллиард.Татар», команда проекта BuildTheEarth TeamCIS и администрация проекта BuildTheEarth (сокращённо BTE)
Помимо организатора есть партнеры, которые выполняют организационную, информационную и иную поддержку:

Цель и задачи Турнира
2.1. Цель Турнира: популяризировать культурно-историческое наследие стран БРИКС с помощью виртуальной вселенной Майнкрафт; объединить большое количество игроков проекта BTE с разных уголков мира и вместе воссоздать известные локации в нескольких странах таких как: ОАЭ, Индия, Китай, Бразилия, Иран, Египет, Южно-Африканская Республика.
2.2. Задачи: построить все выбранные локации и помочь командам проекта привлечь новых участников для увеличения прогресса в этих командах
Условия и порядок проведения Турнира
3.1. Участие в Турнире бесплатное. Участвовать может любой игрок, являющийся билдером в любой из команд BTE.
3.2. Участвуя в конкурсе вы автоматически даёте согласие на использование ваших построек в медиа и выкладывать их в публичный доступ с вашим упоминаем, авторство вашей постройки остаётся за вами.
3.3. Все построенные локации будут переданы соответствующим командам BTE. Если вы не являетесь билдером в тех командах, то можете отдельно после Турнира запросить схематик вашей постройки.
3.4. Строительство ведётся только на специальном выделенном для Турнира БРИКС сервере Майнкрафт и Дискорд сервере.
3.5. Строить можно только в обозначенных зонах на карте Турнира - Felt.
3.6. Заявки на участие будут приниматься на отдельном дискорд сервере после объявления в основном хабе BTE.
Публикация построенных локаций происходит в определённый канал на дискорд сервере Турнира, ссылка на него будет в объявлении.
3.7 Турнир будет проходить с 12 августа 2024 г. 16:00 UTC+3 по 31 августа 2024 г. 23:59 UTC+3
3.8 Официальной группой Турнира является Дискорд сервер, ссылку на который можно будет найти в объявлениях об Турнире на дискорд серверах BTE или на основном хабе проекта: http://go.buildtheearth.net/dc
3.9 Официальным телеграм-каналом Турнира является паблик по адресу https://t.me/Tatcraft_BRICS .

Оценивание построек
4.1. Все постройки оценивает команда TeamCIS, через специальную программу калькулятор.
Спецификация оценивания тут.
При неверном результате оценивания, оценка может быть пересмотрена вручную.
4.2. Участник вправе обжаловать оценивание его постройки до 5 сентября
4.3. Постройка может быть не допущена к оцениваю, если:
Имеет значительные недостатки (тогда проверяющий скажет, что нужно поправить и будет ждать ответа человека, если исправлений и ответа не последует до 5 сентября, то постройка так и останется не оцененной)
Выложена после времени окончания Турнира.
Подведение итогов
5.1. Итоги Турнира будут опубликованы 9 сентября.
5.2. Призовой фонд делится только между теми участниками, которые набрали 10 и более Турнир баллов и делится фонд в процентном соотношении полученных Турнир баллов.
Турнир баллы - баллы, выдаваемые при оценивании построек.
Возможна небольшая корректировка и округление, не превышающих 50р.
5.3 Итоги Турнира будут опубликованы в дискорд сервере Турнира и в ресурсах TeamCIS и «Миллиард.Татар»
5.4. Распределение призового фонда будет производиться в долларах.
Для участников из России доллары будут переведены в рубли по официальному курсу ЦБ РФ на момент 9 сентября
Остальные участники получат свои призы в долларах (без учёта возможной комиссии при переводе или конвертации)
5.5 Призовой фонд составит 85 тысяч рублей. Итоговый призовой фонд в долларах будет объявлен во время публикации результатов (но гарантированно составит 850$ или более)
5.6 Отдельный приз в качестве фирменного мерчендайза (мерч) предоставляет АНО «Татнефть-Наследие» за строительство определенных (специально обозначенных) объектов (только для участников на территории Российской Федерации).
BRICS Event Regulations
General provisions
1.1. This Regulation defines the procedure for organizing and conducting the "Tatcraft: Tatarstan builds BRICS countries" tournament for the "Tatсraft" cup (hereinafter referred to as the Event).
1.2. The organizers of the Event are the editorial team of the "Миллиард.Татар" online portal, the BuildTheEarth TeamCIS project team, and the administration of the BuildTheEarth (BTE) project.

The purpose and objectives of the Event
2.1. The purpose of the Event is to promote the cultural and historical heritage of BRICS countries through the virtual universe of Minecraft; to bring together a large number of BTE project players from around the world and collaboratively recreate iconic locations in several countries, including the UAE, India, China, Brazil, Iran, Egypt, and the Republic of South Africa.
2.2. Objectives: build all selected locations and help project teams attract new builders to increase progress in these teams
Conditions and procedure for the Event.
3.1. Participation in the Event is free of charge. Any player who is a builder in any of the BTE teams can participate.
3.2. By participating in the Event, you automatically allow all your buildings to be used in media and put them into public access with your mention, the authorship of your building remains with you
3.3. All built locations will be transferred to the relevant BTE teams. If you are not a builder in those teams, you can request a schematic of your building after the event.
3.4. Construction is carried out only on a special Minecraft server and Discord server dedicated for the BRICS event.
3.5. You can only build in selected areas on the Event map - Felt.
3.6. Applications for participation will be accepted on a separate discord server after the announcement in the main BTE hub.
The publication of the built locations takes place in a certain channel on the discord server of the Event, a link to it will be in the announcement.
3.7 The event will be held from August 12, 2024 at 10:00 UTC+3 to August 31, 2024 at 23:59 UTC+3
3.8 The official event group is the Discord server, a link to which can be found in the Event announcements on the BTE discord servers or on the main hub of the project: http://go.buildtheearth.net/dc
3.9 The official Telegram channel of the Tournament is the public channel available at https://t.me/Tatcraft_BRICS .
3.10 The official website of the Tournament is https://milliard.tatar/
Buildings assessment
4.1. All buildings are assessed by the TeamCIS team through a special calculator program.

If the assessment result is incorrect, the assessment can be revised manually.
4.2. The participant has the right to appeal the assessment of his construction until September 5
4.3. A building may not be allowed to be assessed if:
It has significant shortcomings (then the inspector will say what needs to be corrected and will wait for the person’s response; if corrections and an answer are not forthcoming by September 5, then the building will remain unassessed)
Posted after the end of the Event
Summarizing
5.1. The results of the Event will be published on September 9
5.2. The prize fund will be distributed only among participants who have earned 10 or more Event Points. The fund will be divided in proportion to the Tournament Points earned.
Event points - are points awarded for evaluating builds.
Minor adjustments and rounding are possible, not exceeding 50 rubles.
5.3 The results of the Tournament will be published on the Tournament's Discord server and on the resources of TeamCIS and "Миллиард.Татар"
5.4. The distribution of the prize fund will be carried out in US dollars.
For participants from Russia, the dollars will be converted into rubles at the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of September 9.
Other participants will receive their prizes in US dollars (excluding any potential fees for transfers or currency conversion).
5.5. The prize fund will amount to 85,000 rubles. The final prize fund in US dollars will be announced when the results are published (but it is guaranteed to be $850 or more).
5.6. A separate prize in the form of branded merchandise (merch) will be provided by ANO "Tatneft-Heritage" for the construction of specific (specially designated) objects (only for participants in the Russian Federation).
